The Eccentric Foundation is a foundation dedicated to homeless pets, college students, artists-fashion designers, graphic designers, film makers, actors, and visual artists.
For pets, our goal is to raise money to give to reputable homeless pet rescue organizations, offer supplies to shelters, build new (NO KILL)pet shelters, and contribute to the feral cat cause. Pets we support: Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, chimpanzees, chinchillas, hamsters, guinea pigs, kimodo dragons, non-venomous snakes, elephants, dolphins, & giraffes.
For students & artists, our goal is to promote and raise funds that can be given in the form of grants, scholarships or loans.
Artists we support are: fashion designers, musicians, graphic artists, computer animators, visual artists--painters, sculptors. College students can be in any field of study.
The foundation's funding will support students & artists by:
Assisting qualified students by purchasing computers--laptop or desktop & printers if they cannot afford them, as well as software that is specific to their career field. Students who qualify will also receive help with tuition, books, and food--in some cases loans will be offered, in some cases grants.
Assisting with live/work spaces--artists Artist's Retreats Providing monetary support for all artistic projects Providing educational support (film, fashion, music schools, animation) Supermarket Gift-cards for "starving artists"
